PP extruded sheet has the characteristics of light weight, uniform thickness, smooth surface, good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability, electrical insulation and non-toxicity.

The PP board is food grade, environmentally friendly, white is a bit transparent, and the sides have obvious ripples. The price of translucent white is higher than that of white. The color of the PP board of Class A is transparent, the color of Class B is solid white, and there are few side edges, and one tears off.

advantage:
1. High hardness and high melting point.
2, lower heat distortion temperature (100 ° C), low transparency, low gloss, low rigidity.
3. The impact strength is high, and the strength of PP increases with the increase of ethylene content.
4. Good surface stiffness and scratch resistance. The PP board is modified by adding glass fiber, metal additive or thermoplastic rubber. The flow rate MFR ranges from 1 to 40. The impact resistance of low MFR PP material is better. Good but the strength of the extension is low. Therefore, there is usually no environmental stress cracking problem in the PP board.
5. High shrinkage rate. Since the PP sheet is a semi-crystalline material, the shrinkage rate is generally 1.8 to 2.5%. And the direction uniformity of shrinkage is much better than materials such as PE-HD.

6. It has excellent anti-hygroscopicity, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and solubility resistance.

Application areas: advertising billboards, recycling bins, conductive, antistatic plastic panels, turnover boxes, washing machine back panels, refrigerator insulation, frozen food, medicine, sugar and other packaging. The hollow board production line can also be used to produce PE hollow boards to supply the insulation room partitions required for urban construction and rural areas.
